I’m Luca Cruz, an independent developer on the Costa Blanca. I build websites, workflow automations and AI agents for small and medium-sized businesses between Alicante and Valencia, on site or remotely. There is no ticketing system and no hand-off, and no junior takes over your project. I advise you honestly: if a lean website is enough, I’ll say so. And I build systems so they can be used without any technical knowledge.

What exactly do you offer?
Websites, automations and complete IT systems. Often combined: a website that brings in enquiries, with an automation behind it that processes them directly, without anyone having to deal with them.
Who do you work for?
For small and medium-sized businesses in all kinds of sectors. I’m based on the Costa Blanca, but projects can also be done entirely remotely.
In which language does the collaboration take place?
We work in English, German or Spanish (in writing). Your website and your booking assistants handle all the major languages.
How does a project get started?
You tell me about your day-to-day business, and together we work out where you lose the most time to manual work. Then I draw up a plan for automating it, along with a quote. Websites work similarly: I look at your existing site, if you have one, put together a plan for the overhaul, and we agree on the scope.
Do you also work outside the Costa Blanca?
Yes, most of the work happens remotely anyway. I’m available on site between Alicante and Valencia; for anything else, a video call or screen sharing does the job.
How long does a project take?
Simple websites and automations are up and running within two weeks. For larger projects, we agree a timetable case by case.
How much time will this take?
At the start, about one to three hours to tell me everything I need to know. After that, short replies on progress and change requests, plus images and text for a website. For automations or systems, I need your help to connect your tools.
What happens if something doesn’t work?
If something goes wrong, tell me and I’ll check and fix it straight away. That’s included for the first 4 weeks after the project starts; after that it’s covered by the support package or charged by time spent.
How much does it cost?
As a guide: a website from €950, an automation from €3,500, a complete system with its own command centre from €8,000, ongoing support from €80 a month. The ready-made WhatsApp booking assistant costs from €99 a month, with no setup fee. Once you’ve described what you need, you’ll receive a no-obligation quote with a fixed price, in monthly instalments if you prefer.
Are there any ongoing costs?
No, unless you want me to keep looking after the project. Some automations incur costs with third-party providers, such as hosting or AI tokens. You pay those, but I add no mark-up.
Can I pay for a project on a monthly basis if my budget isn’t sufficient?
Yes. Small businesses often lack the budget for a system they need. So I can also spread the total cost over an agreed period in monthly instalments.
What if something takes longer than planned?
The price stays what the quote says. If I misjudge the time, that’s my risk. Additional charges only apply if you order something during the project that wasn’t in the original quote.
Am I committing to a long-term contract?
No. The project can be finished at handover. Support can be cancelled monthly, and everything keeps running without me; nobody is looking after it any more, that’s all.
Who owns what in the end?
You. Anything I create can be handed over to you at the end, if you wish. Most business owners would rather not deal with it themselves and leave some control with me, so I can step in quickly in an emergency. That’s your call.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers. All providers offer the contracts the GDPR requires. Which provider is used in each case is stated in the quote or the handover report.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. At handover you get a short guide in your language, and that’s enough. I build the interfaces so they explain themselves.
